Microwave photonic filters (MPFs) with the capabilities of bandwidth reconfigurability and frequency tunability in GHz range are great interest high-speed communications systems. In this paper, we propose a new reconfigurable multiband microwave filter (MPF) using tunable Fabry–Perot Filter (FPF).
